Sourced from premium vineyards in the high-altitude King Valley, this Prosecco trades sugary sweetness for a crisp, "extra dry" profile that highlights the Glera grape's natural elegance. The nose is a bright medley of Granny Smith apples, lemon zest, and white spring flowers, while the palate remains zesty and refreshing with a fine, persistent bead.

Winemaker Jo Marsh intentionally keeps the finish clean and savoury, making it an ideal aperitivo style that is as much at home with salty snacks as it is on its own.
