Old man Satch has been a collector of Seppelt's Sparkling Shiraz for years and introduced both Lisa and Marcus to the style. In fact, young Satch would have never have been interested in a career in wine without his appreciation of wine that he passed down. With Gippsland grapes short in supply we have ventured outside the region for this Sparkling Shiraz, and what better place than the spiritual home of the style in Great Western! Blended with a portion of Shiraz and Pinot from Gippsland for extra complexity.
