The 2025 ‘Lichen’ Pinot Noir is a wine of pedigree and site transparency, sourced from 35-year-old, own-rooted vines in the heart of Leongatha. Following a brilliant growing season and a dry summer, this barrel selection, matured in seasoned puncheons, offers a focused and expressive profile with a grounded, savoury edge.

Deep cherry red in the glass, it opens with a vibrant nose of lifted plummy red fruits, fresh cherries, and herbal spice. The palate is earthy and fleshy, defined by a sophisticated savoury core and silky, slippery tannins.

This is a Pinot Noir of elegance and quiet power, offering the fine detail and depth characteristic of South Gippsland’s most established vines.
