La Molisana Bucatini No.12 is crafted in the Molise region of Italy from premium durum wheat semolina, naturally golden and high in protein. Extruded through traditional bronze dies, it has a rough texture that helps sauces cling and ensures perfect cooking every time.

Bucatini, a long pasta with a hollow centre from Naples, captures sauce beautifully, making each bite rich and flavorful. Traditionally served with Amatriciana sauce, it’s also excellent for oven-baked pasta dishes.
