Since 1871, Leonardi has produced high-quality, single-origin balsamic vinegar in the countryside of Modena. Grapes are still hand-harvested, gently pressed, and the must cooked within 24 hours before being traditionally aged in wooden barrels.

Leonardi Aged Balsamic 8 Travasi is made from cooked grape must, acetified and matured in wood for eight years. Smooth and well-balanced, it’s a versatile everyday balsamic, perfect for salads, raw or roasted vegetables, grilled or cured meats, and both soft and aged cheeses.
