Olssons Four Pillars Gin Salt

Their collaboration with Olsson’s Salt, Australia’s oldest family-owned sea salt maker, and Four Pillars Gin has created a unique and flavourful seasoning. Using dehydrated botanicals from Four Pillars’ Spent Rare Dry Gin blended with Olsson’s Marine Mineral Grey Salt—Australia’s first “sel gris”—this salt captures the pure taste of the sea with aromatic gin botanicals in a 250g package. 

Versatile in the kitchen, it’s ideal for seasoning roast chicken or pork loin, enhancing roasted vegetables (especially potatoes), sprinkling over stir-fried greens, curing fish like salmon or kingfish, or even elevating desserts such as salted caramel over vanilla ice cream.
